Chief Operations Officer (Interim) & Legal Advisor

Jackie Hutter serves as the Chief Operating Officer (Interim) and Legal Advisor to Khanjur R&D, where she leads operational strategy alongside intellectual property and legal governance for the company’s advanced NiTi and NiTi-X thin-film and precision foil manufacturing platforms. She works closely with Khanjur’s CEO and technical staff to align research, customer programs, and commercialization efforts with scalable business processes and protected competitive advantage.

With extensive experience advising technology startups and innovation-driven companies, Ms. Hutter specializes in integrating patent strategy, trade secret protection, and operational execution into early-stage growth environments. At Khanjur, she focuses on building the structural, legal, and compliance foundations necessary to translate the company’s breakthrough materials innovation into sustainable strategic and commercial opportunities.

For each of the last 16 years, Ms. Hutter has been named a Top 300 Global IP Strategist by IAM Magazine. She also served as the CEO of a startup technology company. Ms. Hutter earned a law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, a M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Cincinnati, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Barry University.
