Director of Business Operations

Ms. Nassar serves as Director of Business Operations at Khanjur R&D, specializing in process improvement, quality assurance, and bridging the gap between technical and business teams. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management and a minor in Sustainability. Her work focuses on systematically identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and ensuring effective and high-quality execution across organizations.

Before joining Khanjur, Elyssa supported operational and process initiatives across healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and SaaS environments, including roles at Emory University Hospital, Dematic, Floor & Decor, and MICHELIN Connected Fleet. Moreover, she has extensive experience providing mentorship and guidance to undergraduate students, having hosted 7 Capstone projects Georgia Tech for Industrial Engineers, Computer Scientists, and Materials Scientists. She now applies this cross-industry experience to build scalable, customer-focused business processes that support Khanjur’s growing technical operations.
